One policy for all our games

This policy explains how data is processed in Heechu Games mobile games, including Candy Factory and Fourmilière. It also applies to future games that link to this page. Available features may vary by game, version and platform.

Heechu Games is the studio name used by HPSTACK, a sole proprietorship and controller for the processing described here. Questions: contact@heechu.fr.

02

The data processed

Local progress. Game progress and settings are stored on your device. This local save is not a backup on the studio’s servers. Operating system backups, if enabled, depend on your settings and platform.

Advertising. When a game uses Google AdMob, its SDK may process your IP address (and infer approximate location), available advertising or technical identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostic information. Actual processing depends on the SDK version, configuration and your choices.

In-app purchases. RevenueCat processes information needed to manage purchases: an app user identifier, purchased products, transactions or purchase receipts and associated entitlements. Purchases may include ad removal, Starter Packs or virtual currencies. Google Play or the App Store handles payment; RevenueCat does not collect your payment card details.

Contact. If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any information you choose to attach. Please avoid sending sensitive data or bank details.

03

Why data is used

Local storage preserves your progress and settings. Purchase processing verifies transactions, grants purchased content and manages entitlements and restoration where supported. Operations necessary to provide the service you request rely on performance of a contract.

Advertising processing requiring consent, including personalisation and access to non-essential identifiers, relies on your consent. Processing strictly necessary for security or fraud prevention may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights and applicable tracking rules. Providers explain their own legal bases in their policies.

Answering enquiries relies on our legitimate interest in providing support, or on legal obligations for rights requests. Purchase data may also be used for revenue reporting and fraud prevention. Applicable legal obligations may require retention of certain records.

04

Advertising and consent

Games may offer rewarded ads, which you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game benefit, and interstitial ads depending on the game. Choosing to watch a rewarded ad does not constitute consent to personalised advertising.

Where required, consent must be obtained before the relevant advertising processing. You can accept or refuse the purposes offered and withdraw consent through the game’s privacy options. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

Refusing personalisation does not necessarily mean there will be no advertising or data processing. Non-personalised ads may also require consent for certain device access. Their availability and that of limited ads depend on your choices and the game’s configuration.

You can also manage or reset advertising identifiers in your device settings. On iOS, tracking as defined by Apple requires a separate App Tracking Transparency permission. It does not replace consent required under the GDPR.

05

Providers and international transfers

Google AdMob serves ads and processes advertising data. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and its explanation of Google services in partner apps.

RevenueCat validates and manages in-app purchases. Read its Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

Google Play and Apple App Store process purchases under their own rules. Read the privacy policies of Google and Apple.

These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Safeguards depend on the provider and transfer: an adequacy decision where it covers the recipient, or standard contractual clauses with any required supplementary measures. You can request information about applicable safeguards at contact@heechu.fr.

06

Special care for younger players

Our games are intended for a general audience. Their availability or age rating does not authorise processing children’s data for advertising.

In France, for an online service and processing based on consent, a child under 15 must consent jointly with a holder of parental responsibility. The threshold and rules may differ by country. Personalised advertising and advertising identifiers must be disabled where rules for children or users below the age of consent require it.

Parents can contact us with questions or requests about their child’s data. Do not send identity documents unsolicited; we will only request information necessary to verify the request. Purchases must comply with store rules and applicable parental authorisations.

07

Retention and deletion

Local saves. These remain on your device until the game data is deleted. Clearing data through system settings or uninstalling may erase your progress. A copy in an operating system backup may remain depending on your settings.

Advertising and purchases. Retention varies by data type, purpose, provider contract and applicable obligations; no single retention period has been confirmed for all games. Provider policies describe their retention criteria. Uninstalling does not automatically erase data already transmitted or purchase history held by stores.

Messages and requests. Correspondence is kept to handle your request and thereafter only as necessary to meet an obligation or defend a legal right. Contact us to ask about the period applicable to your situation or request deletion. Some records may need to be retained despite a deletion request.

08

Your data rights

Depending on your situation and the legal basis, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. You can withdraw consent at any time and, in France, provide instructions regarding your data after your death.

To exercise your rights, email contact@heechu.fr with the game, platform and your request. We may ask only for information needed to locate the data and verify your identity. We normally respond within one month; an extension of two months is possible for complex or numerous requests, with notice within the first month.

You can lodge a complaint with the CNIL or your local data protection authority. For processing by a store or provider for its own purposes, you may also use its privacy tools.

09

This page and policy updates

This page includes no advertising SDK, form, analytics cookie or tracker added by Heechu Games. Visiting it nevertheless generates technical requests; the hosting provider may process connection logs depending on its configuration. External links lead to websites governed by their own policies.

This policy may change as our games and providers evolve. The update date appears at the top of the page. Any new purpose requiring consent must be presented for a new choice before the relevant processing.
